Service nights
Service nights are determined by agreement with property management, typically five nights per week.
13-Gallon Container
We provide each participating unit a container.
Doorstep Collection
Bagged trash from each unit's designated area. Fixed route every service night.
Waste Transport
All waste is transported to designated dumpsters and compactors nightly.
Recycling Pickup
Presorted recycling collection. Follows local guidelines and property requirements.
Service Documentation
Completed services documented with photos nightly. Full visibility into your property's service quality.
Service Reports
Monthly summaries available on request. Track quality and service completion.
