Common Area & Pet Waste Stations

Emptying trash receptacles throughout the property, including pet waste stations. Additional fee, schedule agreed upon with property management.

Quarterly Bulk Pickup

Large or oversized item collection. Pricing and schedule determined per property.

Property Cleanup

Bulk and overflow removal, dumpster and compactor-area cleanup, illegal-dumping cleanup, breezeway and grounds cleanup, pressure washing, special-event and seasonal cleanups. Move-outs, evictions, abandoned units, and rental turnovers. Scheduled or on demand.

Commercial & Business

Office and warehouse cleanouts, commercial junk and furniture removal, tenant move-outs and turnover cleanup, recurring trash and cardboard removal, and special-project hauling.

Recycling & Cardboard Removal

Cardboard and packaging removal for properties and businesses, recycling collection, and transport to the right facility, as one-time pickups or a standing schedule.

Junk Removal Subscription

Two scheduled junk pickups every week, from $1,500 a month.
