Pricing is based on the information you give us. If the scope changes, for example more volume, difficult access, or restricted items, we may adjust the quote. We will communicate if that happens.

4. Payments and deposits

Payments may be due upfront, by deposit, or upon completion, depending on the service. Deposits may become non-refundable if we have already committed labor or costs.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are covered by our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Please review it before booking.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. No hacking, no fraud, nothing illegal.
